Each month is different. Our Blue Tea Box always has some amazing speciality teas that we have sourced from some great suppliers.

Below you will find all the teas offered during the month as well as each tea brewer.

Black Teas

Large Leaf Breakfast

A great Scottish blend of Assam and Ceylon teas perfect for getting you going in the morning. This is a Large Leaf blend.

Flavour Notes: Coppery bright full tea flavour.

Orange Spice Samovar

 

Inspired by a traditional Russian recipe, a combination of Chinese black tea, blended with a heartening mix of orange peel, cloves and cinnamon. Warming and exotic.

Cream Earl Grey

Flavourful Earl Grey mellowed with a delicious creamy taste. An excellent tea with a superb finish and a must for the avid Earl Grey drinker.

Green Teas

Gunpowder Chinese

Described as Gunpowder, due to the 'ball' like shapes the tea leaves are rolled into. Packed with antioxidants called polyphenols.

Flavour Notes: Fairly full flavoured Green Tea, with hints of smoke and pepper

Green Jasmine

Jasmine buds are picked by hand and scattered amongst green tea at dusk, when the temperature drops flowers open and naturally infuse the tea leaves with their aroma.

Lucky Dragon Hyson

Hyson translates to “Flourishing Spring”. This particular varietal imparts the fresh green character you would expect as part of any springtime tea experience. Long, young tea shoots are hand-twisted to create a truly exceptional tea.

Connoisseur Teas

Formosa Oolong

Beautiful Oolong tea from Taiwan. Darker than a green tea, but not as full as black tea. Delicious nutty flavours, ideal for sipping through the afternoon

Bird of Paradise

Aromatic combination of white and green tea has been blended to create an attractive, fragrant tea that looks as good as it tastes. Named after a tropical flower of unrivalled beauty

Pai Mu Tan

The highest white tea grade money can buy, before prices enter the stratosphere. Only the top two leaves and a bud are plucked, then naturally withered and dried in the sun
