Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Skip a delivery, change your date or cancel from your account whenever you like. There's no minimum term.
Will it fit through my letterbox?
Yes. All our packaging is letterbox-sized, so you don't need to be in.
Do you do decaf?
Yes. Choose Decaf as your roast when you build your subscription.
How much coffee is in a bag?
Each EcoBag holds 227g of single-origin coffee, enough for around 15 cups.
What if I don't like a coffee?
Tell us and we'll send an alternative free of charge. That's our Taste Guarantee.
