Horsham Coffee Roaster - if you want a coffee roaster who not only sources some of the best coffee out there but also takes to heart the importance behind the origin of the growth of it as well, then look no further than Horsham Coffee Roaster.
They are fanatical about the quality of their coffee, and this obsession goes from the green coffee they purchase right through to the final cup.
How it All Started
In 2012, finding coffee roasters in the Sussex area who created speciality coffee was difficult. Because of this, Bradley and Amelia Steenkamp of Horsham Coffee Roaster decided to change that. So with a 1kg roaster set up in their garage, they set out to change the world of coffee -- and that they did. Over the years they have grown by leaps and bounds -- adding five more people to their team to create a company that has a goal of sourcing the best ethically traded coffees in the world. Their approach to roasting coffee is to focus on the quality control and to bring that full-bodied taste to their customers. The Ethics Behind Horsham Coffee Roaster
The core focus that Horsham Coffee Roaster focuses on is the sourcing for their Relationship Coffees. These are coffees sourced by their team through direct links with farmers and producers alongside their import partners. Currently, they have established partnerships in Rwanda, Kenya, and Nicaragua. These partners are essential in matching them with farmers and cooperatives that are dedicated to producing speciality grade (i.e. the highest possible quality) coffees. Horsham Coffee Roaster is committed to purchasing ethically traded coffees with full traceability to its origins. They want to be able to provide to their customers a full transparency of the coffee's financial trail, giving you a peace of mind that each farmer has been well paid for the outstanding coffee they produce. What You Will Find Inside at Horsham Coffee Roaster
