For most of my life, black coffee has been something I could not stand drinking. It always tasted burned and charred, like they had roasted it too long. I would spend tons of money every month buying flavoured coffee syrups and creams. I wanted to change the colour and taste of my morning coffee. Recently though, I have taught myself how to drink black coffee -- and if you are like me and think, "This will NEVER happen", think again! Grinding your own beans will truly make you feel like an at-home barista. You are going to pour your water onto the grounds and then wait 4 minutes before plunging. Be sure to plunge slowly and then pour into mugs and drink away!
